Chadha Haj Mbarek is a Tunisian journalist prosecuted in the Instalingo case. First arrested in 2021, she was held again from July 2023 and sentenced to five years in prison in February 2025. On 14 January 2026 the appeal court reduced the sentence to two years suspended and she was released.
