Without accountability, civic space shrinks. Without inclusive institutions, rights remain formal rather than lived.<\/p>\n<p>HuMENA works on governance and justice through advocacy for democratic reform, analysis of legal and constitutional frameworks, and support for actors working toward more inclusive political systems.
